Legalize Drugs?

WELL I REALLY DONT CARE IF IT GET LEGALIZED OR NOT!
EVEN IF AMERICA DOES MAKE IT LEGAL PEOPLE WILL STILL FIND A WAY TO THEIR FAVORITE DRUG SINCE THEY CAN NOT LIVE WITH OUT IT. IF THEY CAN NOT GET THE DRUG IN THE UNITED STATES THEY WILL GO OUT OF TOWN JUST FOR IT.
AND PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUT THAT DRUG INTO THEM SELF SO IF THEY WANT TO THEY CAN AND NOBODY CAN STOP THEM. EVEN THOUGH IM SURE THAT THEY NOW THAT THEY WILL DIE IF USING IT THEY'LL STILL NEED IT. CAUSE OUNCE YOU GET HOOKED YOU CANT REALLY STOP. WELL I DEFINITELY THINK THERE SHOULD BE AN AGE REQUIREMENT FOR SELLING DRUGS CAUSE YOU WONT HAVE A TWELVE YEAR OLD SELLING DRUGS AND THEN GETTING KILLED FOR THEM AND SO ON. SO I THINK THE AGE SHOULD BE TWENTY ONE OR OLDER BUT LIKE THE SAME THING WITH DRINKING YOU NO YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO DRINK UNTIL YOU'RE TWENTY ONE BUT PEOPLE STILL DRINK EARLY AND GET IN TROUBLE SO EVEN IF THEY DO MAKE AN AGE FOR SELLING DRUGS SOME IDIOTS OUT THEIR WILL STILL DO IT NO MATTER WHAT AND THEN THEY WILL GET COUGH AND SO ON. EVEN IF I HAVE A WORD TO SAY THE NATION WONT HAVE ANYTHING AGAINST MY WORD OR IF THEY DO NOTHING WILL CHANGE BECAUSE SO ONE WILL FIND A WAY OUT.
EVEN IF WE DO GET RID OF THE DRUGS IT WONT STOP CRIMES FROM HAPPENING OR THE SAME THINGS THAT YOU SEE EVERY SINGLE DAY. WE COULD PRETEND THAT THE WORLD IS THIS PERFECT LITTLE PLACE BUT ITS NOT. I FOUND THIS FACTS THAT DIAGREE WITH ME SO HERE THEY ARE:
1. Legalizing drugs would make our streets and homes safer.
2. End prison overcrowding.
3. Drug legalization would free up police resources to fight non-drug related crimes against people and property.
4. Unclog the court system.
5. Reduce corruption of officials.
6. Legalization would save tax money
7. Legalized drugs would cripple organized crime.
8. Legal drugs would be safer. Legalization is a consumer protection issue.
9. Legalization would slow the spread of AIDS and other diseases.
10. Legalization would halt the erosion of other civil liberties.
11. Legalization would stabilize foreign countries and make them safer for residents and travelers.
12. Legalization would repair U.S. relations with other countries and curtail anti-American sentiment around the world.
EVEN THOUGH ALL THESE FACTS DISAGREE WITH ME I STILL THINK THAT GETTING RID OF THE DRUGS WONT DO ANY GOOD!

Environmental Pharmaceutical Polution

we all wonder if the pharmaceutical pollution is harming us and the things around us. so i did a little research about it .US poison information center, finding that only 1.4% reported returning expired medications to a pharmacy. The more typical disposal methods were throwing out in the trash (54%), flushing down a toilet or rinsing down a toilet or sink (35.4%), and not disposing of them (7.2%).
The results of the study done by Seehusen and Edwards (2006), suggests that there is a role for patient education on the proper disposal of unused and expired medications. The presence of pharmaceuticals in groundwater, lakes, rivers, and even drinking water is a problem that will continue to grow as the population expands and more medications are dispensed. The U.S. Geological Survey in 2002 sampled streams in 30 states. Of the 139 streams tested, 80 percent had measurable concentrations of prescription and nonprescription drugs, steroids, and reproductive hormones. Exposure to even low levels of drugs has negative effects on fish and other aquatic species, and also may negatively affect human health.Do not dispose of waste pharmaceuticals down the drain or down the toilet. This includes any prescription or nonprescription substances intended to be swallowed, inhaled, injected, applied to the skin or eyes, or otherwise absorbed debated, and the true risk may not be known for years. The United States Geological Survey have found that 80% of the waterways they have searched for contain trace amounts of pharmaceutical compounds.pharmaceuticals have unknown affects on humans, they have a demonstrated, negative affect on certain wildlife, such as fish. there are few safe ways to dispose of unused pharmaceuticals. When the expiration date of a medication has passed or they are no longer needed, most consumers either flush pharmaceuticals down the drain or toss them in the trash. California is against waste. Even though we might not not if the drug that we are flushing down the drain if it will hurt anyone but chances are they will. so the best way to not kill someone is by not flushing anything down there. But no matter what we do someone out there will do something against it. and even if we try our best to save the world we still cant do nothing about what is going on its all part of life you get born you live and you die, no matter what you eat or take you will die eventually and there is nothing no one can do about it same thing with the fish or any other animal or plant that is affected by the pharmaceutical pollution.
